
I never logged into the portal. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if you did not log into the portal. Our program is designed to be self-paced, and access is granted immediately upon purchase. It is your responsibility to create an account when you purchase. If you are having trouble accessing your account and logging in, please reach out the support team for a demo

Our program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience with our coaches putting in a lot of effort to provide the live information at limited capacity
The product is a live experience and as such non-refundable. We understand circumstances prevail where you cannot attend live. As a courtesy, if you were unable to attend any live material, we offer a one time seat in the next live session.
If you are experiencing issues with monthly payments, unfortunately we do not have the ability to adjust or modify that. Please get in touch with our chosen payment provider ShopPay. We understand that mitigating circumstances do occur. If you feel that your situation does not apply to any of the above, you may submit a request below and a member of our team will be in touch.*note - we retain the right to deny refunds.
